Family Practice

The Family Practice services include acute sick visits, chronic disease management (Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma, etc.), hospital care, skilled nursing home visits, minor surgery, diagnostic procedures, referral to specialists, well child exams, well adult exams, physicals for school, work, sports, disability, family planning, cancer screening for women, STD testing and treatment, and INS physicals.
