ABOUT US
The Petaluma Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides primary medical care and mental health services to residents of the Petaluma area. We are organized as a private, non profit corporation and governed by a consumer and community led Board of Directors.
Our mission is to provide high quality health care with access for all in Southern Sonoma County. The Center accomplishes this mission through collaborative, innovative programs, services and referral resources to meet the economic needs of the entire community.

7 Mid-level Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
2 Certified Nurse Midwives
2 Licensed Clinical Social Work Therapists (LCSW)

2 RN Case managers
2 Dentists
Our providers serve approximately 5,000 patient visits per month. Approximately 53% of our patients are Medical, 23% are uninsured, 9% are MediCare, and 15% are covered via private insurance.
